We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why all Speedy Cleaner plans include a money-back guarantee. This gives you time to try our services and make sure they're right for you — with the option to request a refund if things don't work out.
If you purchased an annual subscription, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment or renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, the refund window is 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal. If you're unsure which type of plan you have, you can view your subscription details at any time by logging into your online account.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, although this may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Once the eligible refund period has passed, you can still cancel your subscription to avoid future charges — your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that if your subscription was purchased through a third party — such as Apple or Google Play — you'll need to follow their respective refund policies and request processes, as we do not have direct access to those payment systems.
