Scanguard Settings

Generate Log Files

To make it easier for our Scanguard tech support team to solve your issue and provide you with a speedy resolution, we would ask you to provide us the Scanguard log files.

  • Click the Hidden Icons Arrow on the right of the Windows Taskbar
  • Hold the Shift Key and Right-Click on the Scanguard System Tray Icon
  • Click Generate Troubleshooting Data
  • If problems are experienced with this process, log files can also be obtained manually by:

  • Pressing the Windows key and r together to bring up the run window
  • Putting "%programdata%/speedycleaner/logs" into the run window
  • Clicking "OK"
  • Selecting all files in the folder
  • Right click and 'Compress to ZIP file'
  • To make it easier for our Scanguard tech support team to solve your issue and provide you with a speedy resolution, we would ask you to provide us the Scanguard log files

  • Hold the Option / Alt Key and Click on the Scanguard Menu Bar Icon (Top right near the clock).
  • Click Generate Troubleshooting Data

  • Open the Scanguard Application
  • Tap the Menu Icon
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Send
